Gaining The Menopause Friendly Accreditation means that you’ve demonstrated to the independent panel of experts that your organisation actively supports menopause at work across the five accreditation pillars.

Commit to being Menopause Friendly by becoming a Menopause Friendly Member.

Share your commitment internally and externally: we’ll display your logo on our site alongside other leading employers, and you’ll recieve access to the Menopause Friendly Asset pack to share your commitment internally and externally.
Menopause Friendly Membership provides access to the Menopause Friendly Standards.
Review them and make use of exclusive resources in your selected package including: monthly webinars on the accreditation pillars, specialist masterclasses, access to a library of best-practice policy and guidance documents, ready-made engagement toolkits and much, much more.

The Menopause Friendly Independent Panel governs the standards and reviews all applications. Regardless of the outcome, you’ll be provided with detailed feedback to support you.

Cultural change takes time and you’ll need to resubmit your application every three years to maintain your Menopause Friendly Accreditation.

Following the success of their menopause workplace training, The Menopause Friendly Accreditation launched in the UK in 2021.
During this time, over 500 employers – large and small across all industries – have committed to being menopause friendly by joining Menopause Friendly Membership and nearly 100 have achieved the industry-recognised Menopause Friendly Accreditation.
Leading the way in the UK, the accreditation has gained international recognition for the mark of excellence for menopause at work and the team celebrate employers on their Menopause Friendly members each year at The Menopause Friendly Employer Awards.
