Employers in Britain

Following the success of their menopause workplace training, The Menopause Friendly Accreditation launched in the UK in 2021.

During this time, over 500 employers – large and small across all industries – have committed to being menopause friendly by joining Menopause Friendly Membership and nearly 100 have achieved the industry-recognised Menopause Friendly Accreditation.

Leading the way in the UK, the accreditation has gained international recognition for the mark of excellence for menopause at work and the team celebrate employers on their Menopause Friendly members each year at The Menopause Friendly Employer Awards.

Australian employers instigating change…

Seeking to accelerate improvements for women in Australia, Deborah Garlick and Grace Molloy joined forces to launch Menopause Friendly Australia.

MFA benefited from a wealth of UK experience in bringing best practice support, tried and tested in the UK to Australia. By analysing what had been most helpful in raising awareness in the UK, MFA promptly brought evidence-based information that is now informing workplace change in Australia.

Workplaces in a variety of industries have benefited from partnering with MFA to launch their menopause friendly initiatives, from ASX 10 companies to purpose driven charities.

We are delighted to be working collaboratively to deliver menopause resources that are globally consistent and locally relevant.
